My wife's uncle bought a lot of about 20 "Scottish bags (leather)" on Craigslist. He likes to buy things for less than they're worth and resell them for a profit; it's a weird hobby but often makes him some extra cash. When my wife realized what they were, she convinced him to give her one. It has the Welsh Dragon on it (and I'm not Welsh), but it was free and is currently the only sporran I own.
