Hi, Craig – that kilt sounds like a variation on a theme I have often seen at Scotweb. If it is like those I have seen before, it is not actually a tartan, but it has an emblem in the squares. I have seen varieties with the thistle, the rampant lion and the Welsh dragon, in several colours. There are probably others too.
