			Pics from Mother's Day

Here are a few pics from Mother's Day. I attended my wife's church in this attire.
Robertson Red Modern tank, from Reid Kilts. Jacket was an Ebay find. Tie, sporran, belt/buckle, and hose from USA Kilts.

Thank you everyone for the kind comments. And, Jock, you made my day!!!
This kilt has become one of my favorites, especially now that it looks like a 'real kilt.' You might remember my threads, recently, of the Robertson kilt that was not made correctly....pleats all discombobulated, and sett that was off. Well, Peter, at Reid Kilts, supplied this one for me and it's a beauty!

Colin, the shine on the shoes has been there a long time. Would you believe these shoes were bought in 1968 for my brother's wedding?? For many years they were rather tight so they sat in the closet. Plus, I wasn't into this style of brogue. Don't know what happened (old age), but my width shrunk and they, now, fit like they did when I was in high school. Oh, and the leather bottoms are almost like new.

Great kit, denmcdough. I had a pair of wingtips under similar circumstances. In the 1970s, wingtips were considered old fashioned for teenagers and I swore I would never wear another pair. Now, I have three.
