How does one save a tartan design?

I've used the ScotWeb tartan designer a few times, it's brilliant, but I never have saved the designs on ScotWeb.

So just now, I decided to do just that.

When I clicked "save" I was told I had to log in or create an account, so I created an account and logged in.

I was able to retrieve my design, but once again when I clicked "save" I was told I had to log in or create an account, though at that very moment I was logged in. (I checked to make sure I was indeed logged in.)

There are many designs saved there, so it must be possible! But how?

    Thanks, Richard

    OCRichard,

Did you click on big "Save" or the smaller "Save as...", and did you click on "I agree to the Full Terms" before clicking on whichever save button you clicked on?

Pretty sure you need to do "save as" for a new design and "save" after modifications. I get confused when saving, but I've managed it several times.

Yes I ticked "agree to terms" first, then tried both "save" and "save as". One did nothing, the other informed me that I must log in, which I could not do, as I was already logged in.

OCRichard, I think we had a similar problem last week, and it was solved by simply asking them to reload the page after logging in (i.e. just press the reload/refresh button on your browser). If that doesn't work, feel free to give us a call on our toll-free number and one of the techs would be glad to look into it for you. We're keen to identify and so resolve any bugs.
