On a serious note, I'm pleasantly surprised that this thread has been allowed to continue. It's the most interesting read I've seen here in a long time.

Yes, I agree... Although the last 3 pages or so contributed very little in the way of constructive discussion. When threads like this degenerate into idle drivel, it may not be a bad idea to lock them and move on.

CDNSushi: Yeah, but I prefer to think of it as "active drivel". As drivel goes, it's pretty good, ... drivel, drivel, drivel. ;)
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

I thought that this ended a while ago back on page 6. This kind of thread/discussion is vital to the health of our forum/community. I'm glad to see it going on and airing a lot of pent up frustrations on both sides. Keep it going folks (including the drivel). We need this type of communication every once in a while to get the juices flowing again. Speaking of juices, I think I'll take a touch of single malt and check back in a few days to see where we are on this.

Wow! I visit a trad. muzzlegun forum for a few days and BAM! Interesting thread. Live and let live I always say. Or was that an eye for an eye? I forget...

Whole thread, starting with the first post, is a waste of band width if you ask me.

OK rabble. To show that I don't have thin skin, I laughed out loud at the comments aimed at my previous post. Yes, I admit I can't spell. Maybe Steve could add a spell check feature for those of us who are grammatically challenged?!? (Now the sad story....)
I had two speech impediments as a child so they always took me out of class while the other children were learning how to spell to teach me to speak properly, so I have trouble to this date with spelling. (I know sounds like an excuse, but I have been using for 40 years and I am not going to change it now).
Go ahead and tease me, if I am man enough to wear a skirt, I am man enough to take your blather LOL.
