    Glad your doing better Josh.
I had pork mushi from a sketchy little Chinese place about 2 years ago. I was vomiting so violently that I had to struggle to stop so that I could gasp for air. I also had what I call the poo-zooka. Vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. The only thing I could keep down the next day was gatorade rain lime that I had to make extra cold almost slushy and saltine crackers and peanut butter.
    Hope you feel even better

I'm glad to hear that you're feeling better. So much for "healthy" eating.:mrgreen::mrgreen:

So....I reported the offending bag of iceberg lettuce I bought, and the supermarket immediately pulled them (Even though the bag was somewhat old). I guess they take no chances regardless of when it was bought. I'm still feeling a little peekish, but certainly better than before. I never stopped to think that this kinda' thing can kill you (Ecoli....DUH), but I was absolutely crippled with this and can only imagine if someone elderly would have caught it...One benefit, is I've lost 6 lbs so far, and my appetite is absolutely gone still to this point....Amazing how that works. Thank GOD for gatorade, water and saltines which is my diet to this point (I actually tried to eat part of my wife's burrito yesterday, but after 1 bite....just couldn't do it). Thanks for all the good thoughts y'all!

In view of the recent outbreak in Germany I am washing everything not cooked.

Some 3,000 people have been taken ill with the German E. coli, which involves a previously unknown strain of the bacterium.

There have been cases in the USA.
