Just out of curiosity can it be rescued?

I have my local dry cleaners do my kilts but we have two catholic schools in my town and the girls uniform is a kilt. So they know how to press them. I have even went to pick my kilt up one time and saw them taking out basting stitches. Best of all they only charge me $7 total cleaned and pressed.
