    I like it, as well. And I like that you made it. Were I you, wishing for one-hand operation, I might consider cutting the straps at the edge of the flap. Back the ends up 2 holes on the pins and attach to the face of the sporran. Run Velcro across between them, on the face and flap, and presto, one hand function.

    Or not. You would need to be attentive of aligning straps upon closure.

    I dig it. It looks good, looks like it was built for practicality rather than fashion(which is something I favor) and looks to be built to wear through hell on sunday(which I also like). Nice job.
    The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.
