    Oh I think the dunce's hat will go perfectly with the kilt, provided the wearer is aware of the rules and conventions that go with it. In other words, to do it correctly, the wearer must either be stood on a chair in the centre of the room,or, more usually, the wearer must be stood in a corner facing the wall.

    Yeah, if your Harley in underwater, you've messed up. Of course, a wet kilt may not blow up as easily, but I don't think the bike would do so well.
