When I was in the corporate world, I had the CEO visit my branch in San Jose.
He proceeded to tell me,...his branch managers shouldn't wear a kilt to work. I explained I was headed to a Celtic businessman's meeting with a few clients (that was in 2003,...I still haven't found the Celtic businessman's meeting.)

You positively do not wear a kilt while attempting to triangle choke a man.

I believe horse riding would have to be in the list as well, unless you went side saddle like Lady Godiva.....

I'd not want to slide the pole at the fire house in a kilt. It's bad enough when your hands are sweaty and stick.

I thought of a place I really don't want to wear a kilt- Here- http://www.nps.gov/grsa/ All that sand... I used to go there all time when I was a kid growing up in the San Luis Valley. I'm taking my kids there on vacation in a few weeks, and have been pondering the idea of wearing jeans... which I haven't done in years! ith: Time to go exploring again!
