Anyone willing to tell where the scarf is now? Seems to have gone to ground after 9 August.

Downunder Kilt ... I sure it will appear anytime now.
And before you say anything Jock ... Yes ...I have taken some deep breaths, made a cuppa and entered a relaxation mode.
Hope Downunder dont get the same symptoms.

Derek can rest easy, the wee scarf has made a safe landing here in Macomb which is situated in west central Illinois! Since we are situated so close to the mighty Mississippi River (only 35 miles away) a it seemed only fitting to welcome the wee scarf with a dinner of catfish and fried chicken.
We happened to be celebrating the birthdays of my sister, her husband and two of their children who all have birthdays within the next two weeks. Since I had to work late I did not get to attend the gift openings, but was able to join my wife and the rest of the extended family for dinner at the historic Hotel Nauvoo in Nauvoo, Illinois on the banks of the Mississippi River. http://www.hotelnauvoo.com/
Nauvoo is the site of the Morman settlement on the Illinois bank of the Mississippi River which they left when they headed west to finally settle in Salt Lake City, Utah. http://www.historicnauvoo.net/
It's late, and time for bed so I'll post a couple of photos tomorrow.

My wife was raised in Gunnison! Hopefully you'll take a picture or two so she can see some of the changes--it's been 15 years since she's been back...
Safe travels!
