Not alone Downtown

I seen a piper in Toronto a couple of weeks ago,kilted and a nice jacket too.

I haven't been down in ages, but there at least used to be a fairly regular piper at the inner harbour. And form time to time, a mysterious never-seen piper in my neighbourhood.
