There's no legal reason why you couldn't print one for yourself though, you just can't sell them to others.

If I were Hank, I'd think about renegotiating with MacBubba for at least getting another entry in the MacBubba collection. XMarks is big enough now to warrant that!

Just thinking outloud here, but...Is Cafepress a profit sharing deal? meaning the originator gets a share of sales? If so, maybe MacBubba could set up a Cafepress offering for a ".com" version, and link it to here. That way he'd still get a share, but wouldn't have to keep a bunch of stock on hand for something that would be marginal sales at best.

CafePress charges a set price for the type of shirt and applying the design. The designer/seller can then increase this base price and the difference is his profit.

Since I have a healthy respect for copyrights and just plain basic fairness, I'll get a shirt through caber dancer's company. What might work is to augment it by printing out some of the sticker pages and getting my daughter to use her buttonmaker to turn one of those logos into a button which would have the URL on it...again, putting the word out there without being too "in yer face" aout it. I've always thought that subtlety works best...up to a point.

Not a bad idea. Also there is nothing that keeps you from altering the shirt once you get it. I know a guy here that can make any iron on, wouldnt take much to put one on the sleeve as already mentioned.
