Well the kilt arrived today and while those in the know will consider it to be more of a "punk" style kilt than a "traditional" it's great, lightweight, and definitely didn't have the big crease in the middle that we saw in the pic. This definitely suits the bill for something light, casual, and perfect for bumming around NYC in the summer....I even dare say that either I've lost more weight than I thought or they put a larger size on there. REgardless, there was still plenty of room on the belt should I go up or down....
In terms of delivery, it took exactly 7 days for it to arrive so I have no complaints from them. They did some very quick service and turnaround to get it out to me so I would recommend them and may get a couple more as the cost is more than reasonable....

Hamish's is definitely far more upscale than what I got...I guess for me is the TFCK pinstripe would be something more formal while the one I got is more of a lightweight summer kilt I can bum round the city in....I don't think that I could bum around the city in that nice TFCK....
