great story...almost impossible to go anywhere without a few good conversations due to the kilt! Usually, that is not at all a bad thing!

Great story and yes there are a few more youngsters beginning to wear kilts with scrunched down hose and boots.

    dark and stormy night?

Getting back to the topic of a dark and stormy night....

Since I got my kilt we have not had any storms, no winds, not even a decent breeze!

When I had ordered my kilt and was WAITING for it I went for a walk one night and there was a wonderful breeze but not since I got my kilt.....nothing...

Last night I was listening to the National Weather Service radio and was thinking of jumping in the car and driving to someplace windy. That would have been silly....I need to be patient and wait for the wind to come to me. It doesn't happen that often here in Phoenix.

Heh, I lived in Tucson for many years. Not much in the way of wind normally, but when one of the summer monsoons rolls in... the gust front of the storm can hit 70 mph.

But from what I've heard about Phoenix, you don't get monsoons any more; it is just too hot and dry.

If you ever visit Fort Worth I can just about guarantee a good wind. Just don't slap at the back of your kilt, it just looks too girlie. That breeze always feels good.

    Kilt On.
