Welcome to the forum, I will second Riverkilt's suggestion on Kathy Lare, one of the nicest people I have meet in a while and Being dainty myself, needing a paltry nine yards of 16oz strome to make my kilt it is still a far cry from a grand. or if you are into a more casual look I would recomend Freedom Kilts (the links at the top).
