Well the good thing is it gave exposure to a great Canadian band The Mudmen they had a song or 2 on the show.

Look at the Heroes Wikipedia article. Click on reference 5. It's a press release from NBC saying that they've picked up a second season.

Great if they continue Heroes...I expect that NBC is trying to make it sound like it's your LAST CHANCE to see the show by doing that "Five Final Episodes" line in the voice over of the commercial.
