Newsome four-yard box pleats of course!
Owning one of Matt's kilts is a lot like owning one of your or Peter's swords .... it's hard to go back! I've gotten my second kilt from Matt and am already planning the third (fourth, fifth, sixth, ...)

Congratulations on your new kilt, Howard. I didn't realize there were so many sword guys on this forum. I am just in the begining stages of ordering a box pleated kilt from Matt and I hope to have it by Thanksgiving.

Ok, pictures. Me in the new Newsome kilt, a closeup of one of the buckles I made for it, and a shot of my anvil kilt pin, sgian duh, and belt buckle that I made. Ok, I'm not smart enough to post them on the board, so I'll just link them. And yes, there are a surprising number of sword people who wear kilts, go figure

Great pictures and certainly worth the wait. Love your metalwork and the Damascus effect on the buckle is stunning.

Outstanding work by both of you. I love the effect of the buckle with that tartan. The wee knife looks to be a great little utility knife.
