Very nice Hamish!
Hope you'll be wearing it soon. As one who has dropped more than 50 lbs I can assure you that it's possible!

This kiltie identifies all too well....
Perhaps meantime it would make a beautiful cape/poncho/wrap over the shoulders on a chilly eve....

Beautiful tweed kilt Ham - once again you open our eyes to the world of kilted possibilities. I would never be so forward as to suggest weight loss ideas I wil say it can be done. We will all wait and wish you the best!

Oh Hamish... I think I want to marry your new kilt.
And you say it's not woven anymore?!

What a wonderful incentive Hamish!
I've stated using a good sized Bread & Butter plate instead of a dinner plate. Causes smaller portions, but no denial, yet still looks like a lot, it's working just fine. Good luck on your 'Lenten Quest'. Hope to see a triumphant picture by Easter.

It's almost like the position that Tantalus found himself in!
I would hate to order a kilt that I couldn't fit into on delivery, especially when it looks so tempting!
Bet you can't wait for Easter Hamish! And not for the chocolate eggs!
