See that you do I really hope you can. Once I'm elected mayor I make you cheif. Then you won't have any problem making it to the kilt nights.

Dirk as mayor?
I think that would certainly liven things up. Kilt nights would be official city functions!!

I get to Memphis to visit my sister on occasion but usually around holidays. I can't make it on the 10th (and pretty much all Sundays are out as I have to return to work on Monday). I will keep my eyes open for a future kilt night and hope to meet up with you all.

I exchanged e-mails with managers of both The Fying Saucers (www.beerknurd.com) and they have no problem with us making a spectacle of ourselves, in fact they look forward to it.
I'll bring my tips bag along, so while yall are playing with your darts, I'll be busking for the other pub patron's spare dosh.
Slainte yall,
steve

I'm very much looking forward to Sunday afternoon. It'll be a pleasure to meet all yall.
Dunno quite how we'll make a grand entry into the Flying Saucer, but can offer a suggestion....
There's a ground level parking lot immediately north of The Saucer at 2nd & Gayoso Ave and a good rendezvous point. Our parade route to the pub could be down 2nd Street, or even take the long way 'round via Gayoso to Main Street, then Peabody Place. Anyone on the sidewalk will step aside for us. Whatever you'd like works - I'm the FNG, but a good dog to hunt with.
Anyone who'd like my cellphone number, please send private message.
See all yall at 1330 hrs.
Slainte,
steve
