I met him on the streets of Liverpool one day when filming was going on (the film was called 51st State back in the UK) - I happened to be manager of one of the buildings that was being used in a getaway scene. I asked him back then whether he'd wear it full-time. He that he was planning on wearing it 'absolutely all of the time if I can get away with it' and that it was the 'single most comfortable garment a guy can wear'.
Unfortunately that was quite a while before I took the plunge - I often wonder how cool it would have been if I'd happened to have been kilted for my chance meeting with him.
