Check your local hobby shop. My local shop has a product (sorry I don't have its name) that is designed to make molds. Create a model. Make a mold. Clean the mold. They also have a low tep metal that could be used. Unfortunately the local hobby shop is a hours drive away. I'll look the next time I'm in for product names.
