spotted - a kilt in the wild

I'll hop in with two West Coast sightings. My daughter (age 9) reports seeing a man in a UK at the Target store in Walnut Creek, CA this week, and a family friend in Scotts Valley, CA wrote that she has met a kilt wearer named Dan, who wears various tartan kilts to parties. Anybody we know?

LOL, with the black great coat he had on, he certainly had a Vader-ish edge.

I'm sorry it was so cold and rainy this morning; with the wind we had, and his stride, those pleats would have DANCED - even in canvas. I'll keep an eye out for him, I can only hope he'll show up again with kilt and without the coat.

Would it be totally impolite to yell out the car window at him.? "Come check out XMarkstheScot.com!!!" He'd probably think I'm some kind of middle aged stalker *G*
