    I've only been to the Loch Norman games, I meant to go the Mint Hill, but things came up.

    The SCA out here has "War" in full armor, but it is pre-kilt period. Some do still wear the belted plaid though...
    I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
