Colorado October Kilt Night and....

Fellow Coloradoans, it turns out that that weekend is also the Great American BeerFest! Seems now our plans will be to drive to Denver for the fest, pop down to Castle Rock for the party, and get a hotel in Castle Rock, because I KNOW I won't be up for driving.

Make sure we know which one so we can pour you into a vehicle and drive you over there.

I'll try to book that weekend with my fiancee, no promises yet though. Maybe then she'll appreciate my love of the kilt!

I may have my Clarke tartan by then, but otherwise I may end up wearing my McCheapy tartan! ;)

Sadly, for us, the GABF is gonna have to be out. Just too much to try and pack into one day, and with getting the hotel, it was just gonna be too expensive. Oh well, next year I suppose. Sure hope we get a great turn out for the three(?) birthdays being celebrated that night.

Well, I'm sorry that I'll miss the kilt night, but the good news is that I should be making them regularly again!

I'm moving back to Denver, so I'll be able to join with my fellow kilties for the occasional frosty adult beverage!
