I'll post my twitter name when I get home, provided you want to follow the mad meanderings. It's either Downix, Adjen or A
A'Adjensenu normally if you want to look me up.

I just created an account for my rotary club. It may be a nice way to inform the membership of what's going on; we'll see.

I've had a Twitter account for awhile, but haven't used it in two months (my last tweet was about me getting out of work early because I got laid off). Mostly because the constant updating got too much for me. It was nice when I had a job, to go on twitter on my iphone when I was on break. Now that I have neither a job nor an iPhone, I would have to visit the website. I would probably use it if my local group of friends used it to stay in touch... but then again that's what phone calls and text messages are for. It's really become more of another way for companies to keep in network with their customers/fans. I like facebook better because you get a profile.

I just started yesterday, myself. Primary reason being that I intend to use it as a teaching tool in my classes. I think it's perfect for the task. But I also invited my friends to try it too. It's an interesting concept but I think it only has merit when you join up as a group of friends (or family).
