Thanks.
I'm about to start air layering on the citrus. It's warm enough that their sap is flowing and the bark is slipping. I don't do too good with bud grafting; it requires some kind of hand eye coordination that I don't seem to have. I use an approach graft, and it's about time to start that.
I've mostly been working on that rock garden area. It's not easy to move those berel cacti!
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Ted, man, you are the picture of style.

Thank you, Nighthawk.
And on another side note, I've been working out side, watering my trees, and it is up in the nineties F out there already, I think.

That does it! I'm going to get a fifty gallon, Mexican sombrero to wear with my kilt.
I'm just joking with you, Jock, but I really did want to know if you thought the straw hat works with the kilt.
Guess I would wear some kind of low cut boot or something like that with either of those hats. That is a whole different issue with the heat from direct sun, though. Leather can get burning hot fairly quickly out here, then if it's black leather...
Thanks, Jock.

On a side note, I think the sporran blends quite well with Western garb. I bet that a sporran with Western tooling and designs would look quite good with the kilt.

Form follows function... well done Ted!
I must admit I've always been secretly fond to the straw hats with a green visor where the front brim should be - but then I guess that's my problem...

Thanks.
Like I said in my other picture thread, it was the first time out and about wearing the kilt since November. It was kind of nice.
