Perhaps this is one of those unfortunate Clans we hear about that does not have a Clan Chief. So in shame they must wear their Kilts that way.
Or perhaps it is a new method of confusing your enemies. They cannot tell if you are attacking or running away.
It could also be someone who is trying to set a new fashion statement and is hoping it catches on.
All good and legitimate reasons if you ask me. Perhaps we are just too critical. Set in our ways as we are. Old and Stogy and unwilling to see past our prejudices.
Na, it's a case of DOOOFUSS!!!!

Well... I do recall some people wearing their pants backwards back when I was in college in the Nineties.
I have no idea why people were doing that.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Besides look ridiculous, isn't it uncomfortable? I mean, the way a kilt is made, should it just feel awkward wearing a kilt backwards?!?

Perhaps these are the people that take them off and put them on without undoing the straps, in which case, they were in a hurry and didn't look at a mirror. but, then, how do they get the length right?

Sure enough someone else would of notice, and corrected the situation.

well
Its kind of the case of "WHy didn't you tell me I had spinach in my teeth!" Some people are just so nice they clam up. I would hope someone would have nicely said something before the parade. I am sure sooner or later he will realize what he had done. If he is truly getting into kilts he will realize it sooner rather then later, and think... "Those let me walk the whole parade like that!"

I believe you would be referring to the hip hop duo - Kriss Kross. Yeah, they'll make you "Jump Jump" but only because their backwards pants are crunching their....um....childhood essentials Thank the maker that that trend only lasted one album!
