Well, here it is. The first competition of the season. Training has been sporatic due to the lovely NW weather and a special bear hunting season. So this weekend is Bellingham, my annual season opener. I feel pretty good about it. I wish I had more practice, but we must all make sacrafices. As of last night my numbers are pretty solid. Hammers are way up this year. I finally made the switch to Blades. It has only helped. My advice, be sure the technique is there befor going to Blades. They really help amplify what you are already doing, both good and bad!
