Whenever this has happened to me, I've always had a sneaky suspicion that they are actually enjoying said kilts, (bonnets, etc) themselves before turning them over to the rightful (& very frustrated) owners.

Well then Rex, our postman has just called, what about yours? What was that? Time zones? A mere detail! Now we all know full well that every parcel is delivered at 10.30 in the morning, surely? So come on, where is it???????
