My condolences. I also lost my mother recently. No matter what her age was, our age, what kind of death she had - it hurts.

It's said that funerals are not for the dead, but for the living. While saddened at the passing of someone so close to you, I'm glad she was the type of person that seems to have drawn people together around her.
