Fan?! You are waay out of the loop--he came out of retirement a few seasons ago and is playing again!
It's true that he was the quarterback for the Rogues, but they traded him to the Moria Miners for two first-round picks. After a brief stint with the Miners, salary cap issues and the need to bolster their abysmal defensive line saw Gandalf's contract sold to Denver.
He's had a tremendous season so far. Not only has he orchestrated several come-from-behind victories as quarterback, he also plays on the other side of the ball as a stellar defensive end. His defense against the run is adequate, but in long-yardage 3rd down situations he is one of the best!

For my costume I put together this Steampunk theme using the leather Union Kilt. The boots were a pain to put on. They lace all the way up and to get them on and off you have to remove all the laces. The had a vote for the best costume. I tied for second place.

This is how I dressed last evening to hand out candy to the neighborhood kids. Though not a Halloween costume, my outfit may appear upside down to some (tartan on top)! I had a lot of fun, got a lot of comments and the kids, for the most part, loved it.

My son. (I added the original because - despite the film last year - so many Americans are unfamiliar with Tintin.

I should find the picture of my in my belly dancing costume but it isn't pleated or tartan. On the other hand, I had to give up belly dancing when I had hip surgery.
