This is the other one I was talking about. You can see a little more kilt and sporran but my hands are blocking the inverness flaps.

On the far right is Arthur Milne, political speech writer and expert on the history and legacy of Canada's first Prime Minister, Sir John A. Macdonald.

As we know, the names of these items vary from vendor to vendor. I just saw this photo attached to a post in another thread by OC Richard. It seems Kinloch Anderson called this jacket the kenmore doublet although, I'm not sure if the fact that my collar lies down has any impact on the name...
