I've been fortunate to meet Rocky and some of his staff several times. They are as cordial and friendly as they are professional. Im looking foward to seeing them at PA Celtic Fling this spring.

Umteen years ago when I came to this board there was so much info about how great USA Kilts was I held off figuring no one could be that good and it was some sort of sweetheart publicity. Finally I 'risked' ordering a USA Kilt....kind of addictive...wound up ordering about 30 USA Kilts...casual, semi-trad, wool....plus all the various accessories...
For sure USA Kilts is a great vendor you can trust.
Safe place to start for newcomers.

I have two kilts made by Rocky and crew. My 8yd Ancient Colquhoun that can been seen in an earlier post and a 5yd Irish tartan kilt County Wicklow. 30 pounds to go and I'll be able to get back into them. I'd forgot about the candy, funny that, since candy is part of the reason I've gotten into this predicament.
I'm just trying to be the person my dog thinks I am.

And from a 14G I must concur. Rocky and his staff are top notch and his wares are outstanding.

14G - SECT 14G
Consideration of intoxication and illegal activity
(1) This section applies to a claim for damages in respect of death or personal injury brought by a person ( the plaintiff ) against another person ( the defendant ) alleging negligence.
(2) In determining whether the plaintiff has established a breach of the duty of care owed by the defendant, the court must consider, among other things—
(a) whether the plaintiff was intoxicated by alcohol or drugs voluntarily consumed and the level of intoxication;
(b) whether the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity. Is this the 14G being referred to?

I am quite sure Bren meant a Military Operational Specialty (MOS) Air Defense Battle Management System Operator from his time in the service.
But I could be wrong

I suspect you are correct but members have now been repeatedly requested that if they are to use work related terms/shortcuts, whatever you wish to call them, then in the first instance the should be explained. To me they are a foreign language and I am sure that if I started to slip in balinese or indonesian words into my posts.members would not appreciate it.
