Hey, guys, it might have been nice if you'd waited to hear the other side of the story instead of assuming that I don't have the courtesy to reply to emails.

Uummmm - I'm the company, and I certainly don't ignore emails! But, I haven't gotten an email from you to respond to as far as I can determine.
I fill orders as soon as I get them, and orders come to me literally the day they are posted. I have no outstanding orders that haven't been mailed. But, I've been through all of the orders that I have received over the past month, and I haven't gotten an order from a person named Peter, let alone one from the UK. I did send a book to someone in the UK by the name of Philip in the last two weeks, and the only other UK orders I've had in the last month were sent to people with women's names. So, perhaps you could PM me and tell me more about your order? The on-line ordering service that I use literally has no record of an order from a Peter, so I don't know what's going on, frankly.

I ordered the book "Art of Kiltmaking" from Celtic Dragon Press (which is the publisher as far as i know) about two weeks ago. I paid with my bank card, and received an email confriming my purchase and payment.. However up to this day i haven't received anything, and the company ignores my emails.. Has anyone in UK ordered the book from them? Were there any problems? I'm just a little worried, and been waiting for ages to finally get this book ...
Thanks,

Well, don't be a stranger, Pete. And post pix of your kilt-making process for all to see and critique.
