Art of Kiltmaking - shipment to UK
Hi all,
I'm new in here, but already with a question..
I ordered the book "Art of Kiltmaking" from Celtic Dragon Press (which is the publisher as far as i know) about two weeks ago. [Here i edited the post and deleted some part as the matter is now solved and it could put Celtic Drago Press in wrong light].. Has anyone in UK ordered the book from them? I'm just a little worried, and been waiting for ages to finally get this book ...
Thanks,
Pete
P.S. Sorry if i posted this thread in wrong section...

Hi Pete
First off you have come to the right place.
Barb T is a member here and the author of the art of Kiltmaking, and yes CelticDragon is the publisher.
You say you have waited two weeks, well really that seems about right to me. Getting things from the UK to Canada can take two or even three weeks, hopefully Barb will see this thread and get back to you.

Thanks for that, guys! It really helps...I didn't realize it might take so long, but from what you're saying it's far too early to get worried...
Thanks again
Pete

Pete
It's all part of the waiting process, what some here will call Jonesing, I know it's tough but all good things come to those who wait.

Welcome from West Texas. And you'll love the book. It's well worth the wait.

Pete, I ordered from The Scottish Tartans museum and it took about three weeks. (The first edition, mind.)
Don't worry, the book is worth the wait.
Barb and Elsie really done a fantastic job of explaining it all.
