Thanks neighbor.
If you are in the Kalamazoo area, they have a pipe and drum band, a summer Scottish Festival, AND the Sisters of St. Joseph (the Sisters of St. Joseph are not particularly Scottish, but I'm one and we are from Kalamazoo/Nazareth, so I HAD to throw that in!)!
Thanks for the info, I was going to come to the K-Zoo festival but if I got stuck do'n something that someone else felt was more important .

Check out the sites advertisers, Some real good quality affordable kilts. I do not know which ones stock the Robertson Tartan(s). I just happen to belong to clan who's tartan is not regularly woven. I am saving up to commission one. In the meantime, I am in generic tartans, and plain colour kilts.
Welcome to the rabble, good luck on your kilt quest.

Check out USA Kilts or Canadian Casual Kilts (both members here) for quality poly-viscose kilts in Robertson Red.
Frugal Corner has some acrylic that they call Robertson, but the pattern is wrong ... and the colors Ask Moosedog - she has some of the material. There was a thread on it for a while.
