Lookin' smart, Puffer!
I also like this "tartan" ( but I am "lucky" & own several, & ANY tartan can do the same.) here is a a very every day look.

you are certainly doing a great job of encouraging people to wear their kilts to every occasion, keep up the good work.
Kind Regards,
David.

Thanks Jack. You're great.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

Victoria, It is because of you (& some others here) that ALLOW me to be able to dress as I do. Not only do you provide QUALITY Jackets @ a PRICE we can afford, you are always there for ADVISE. I figured out that if I had to rely on "the FASHION Providers" for my Jackets & vests I could only have 1.
1. 2 tweed jackets from you = $150.00 ($ may be dif now)
" " from others = $ 100s more
2. i Crail jacket/Vest from you = & under $ 100.00 $ may be dif now)
" " from others = $ 100s more
ADVICE = PRICELESS
Thank you ( and others) for helping us, who wear the KILT in REAL LIFE, to be able to do so.
Jack

That is why I post as I do.

Puffer,
You are, I assume, referring to this thread here
http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/1...888/index.html
I fear you may have missed the point of this project Glen and I undertook.
Much like Scot Thompson before us, Glen and I, are very regular (or full time) kilt wearers.
The outfits we presented are what we wear in "real life".
In our opinions a gentleman should know how to dress right for whatever occasion he might find himself in.
Hence we wanted to showcase how we dress up or down a kilt as we go about our lives. The thought was that between the two of us we might inspire others as they develop their own "look".
Cheers
Jamie

Jamie, PLEASE, if you feel I was being "disrespectful", I am sorry.
you took it that way. I mentioned the post to show your "concepts" which IMHO are a GREAT help in assisting others, here on XMTS, to 'develop" their own "LOOKS"
My post is to simply add an other idea. on this theme. My "look" is mine & I simply offer it AGAIN for others to get ideas from & NOT to SET the MARK.
IMHO, assisting those here is "WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT"
