    You know, for this thread going in to 2 pages, as of the last I checked, on this site, I'm surprised a certain item hasn't been mentioned as missing from the list....

    I would have said "neck tie" but that's just me.
    The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.
