No, it was not meant to exclude! It just didn't occur to me that Christians might observe the pagan holidays! If I could change the title, I would!

Raised Southern Baptist, living more evangelical non-denominational these days...if that makes sense...haha. As a Christian who uses this time to celebrate the birth of Christ, I wish you all my best and am proud to see that all this world has to do to be tolerant of our differences is to do it kilted! haha

I don't know all these different holidays, but I wish you all well.

Much of the ancient customs of Yule have been adapted & adopted by Christians in our Christmas celebrations. It's not that that we celebrate "Pagan" holidays, but our celebrations certainly have some "Pagan" roots. In the Scandinavian countries, the terms "Yule" and "Christmastide" are synonymous.

The Yule Log, for example, was used in Christian England long before the German Christmas tree was introduced as part of the celebration.
