Geeky Sporran

I remember seeing a few pics of sporrans with Rebel Alliance symbols from Star Wars as well as the Punisher's logo made by Donnie at Wyvern Leatherworks I think.

I'm glad I'm not the only one...I've been wanting a sporran with a Starfleet logo and a mess jacket for my next convention.

I'm thinking the Klingon insignia would be simpler, and a bit more subtle sign of geekiness...

Yeah. I think you have a point. The Trekkers are my "tribe" anyhow. A Romulan insignia would look really cool on a sporran...and wouldn't look too out of place. You could even go somewhat obscure and put a Maquis, Borg, Cardassian, Breen, Dominion or Ferengi symbol on it. I've worn a Bajoran uniform badge as a kilt pin and nobody made the connection.

You've given me a great idea for my youngest son's birthday,a sporran w/ the HALO insignia! He is a hardcore gamer/geek. The show "The big bang theory" is a carbon copy of he and his friends life.

I hope to one day make a Doctor Who sporran (gotta improve my tooling skills though).

The idea of using a triforce insignia is really cool and it would look awesome on a sporran.
