Great style. You always look good though. I especially love the celtics jacket seeing that I'm a Boston boy.

Good work with the thread Chris. I admire your style and the way you've thought each one through and I echo Scott (Artificer) It's a great help to the newly kilted. Top banana!!

Cheers!
Even if this thread doesn't generate much discussion, I am happy that it can be helpful. Another member PMed me the other day to say he occasionally returns to this pic set for reference...
Does anyone know how long threads stay on the forum? I think if there is no activity for a certain amount of time, the thread is locked... but do closed threads eventually get deleted? If so, there is an added reason to request that this be made into a sticky. Assuming there is enough perceived value...

Wasn't sure where the best place to post this would be, but I thought it would fit in nicely here.
Celt_Gravity Rebel took this black on black on black approach out of necessity, he's working as part of the backstage crew for a theater production at his school.
He even paired some black flashes with black hose. I rather like the overall effect, but the arrogance of youth might help in carrying this off.

Well, then, necessity helped the arrogant young dude find something that works. I feel bad for the guys doing front-stage work; all the girlie attention they counted on is no longer certain.
Thunder: stolen.
It needs that bad@$$ sporran his old man made, though. Or is there no way to wrest that spikey monstrosity from Mikey's hands?

Oh it definitely belongs to CGR, he just didn't dare wear it on school grounds for fear it would be confiscated as a weapon. Plus it's a little shiny for hiding in the shadows backstage.

The monochrome (or sometimes greyscale) look is a good one, though not something I've played around with too much. I've seen it done to advantage in more formal settings too.
Thanks for posting and I hope other people will also post ideas for outfit types to cover any holes in my little exposition
