Agreed, my local train station is littered with annoying classless schoolkids or junkie parents, when I happen to be catching the train with my kilt on, I be sure to have a scary sneer on my face to shut them up

    Re: Wearing your Kilt Everyday

I come home from work and immediately remove my "work clothes" and put my UK Mocker on for comfort. I've many UK's, but only two tartan kilts, which at this time only wear for special occasions. I went to The World's watching party in one barefoot and got quite a few compliments. I prefer the casual look. As I gain more tartan kilts, I'll phase out the UK's, and will still like wearing them everyday.

    Re: Wearing your Kilt Everyday

On Sunday at Inverary, I saw one other guy kilted, I can never get my head around why so many men in Scotland have and own kilts but only wear the kilt at weddings or football matches but if you ask them, they all say they love wearing the kilt

    Re: Wearing your Kilt Everyday

I have an Amerikilt that I wear almost every day when I get home from work and on weekends around the house. I occasionally wear other kilts I own for going out to the store or family functions. My wife is pretty supportive of it, too.

    Re: Wearing your Kilt Everyday

I don't understand people who want to wear they're kilts... While lounging bout the house (gotcha ) I personally have a pair of sweat pant type things that do othe job and I doth have to worry about dreading pleats etc.

    Re: Wearing your Kilt Everyday

I wear a kilt almost every day. I do occasionally wear trousers as there are a few of my activities for which trousers are more practicable, for example at the air museum I often wear my RAF tartan kilt while on reception and cafe duties though I would usually wear trousers to take people up and down the ladders in the Vulcan bomber. I also do some part-time professional driving, for a service bus or for driving one of the vintage double deckers trousers are more appropriate but I often wear the kilt when driving private hires.
