Re: A nite for Great S.E.K.S.
An excellent night was had at the Royal Oak on Thursday. The fish and chips passed muster and other than the one fellow shouting 'if it's not Scottish it's CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP' every few minutes, the Royal Oak is a nice spot.
I brought a bottle of Glen Breton Ice and it was deemed acceptable. http://www.glenoradistillery.com/glenbreton.htm
Thank guys (Ryan, Lamar, Ben and Turpin) for getting together at short notice, I had a lot of fun and hope to do it again.
Turpin? Post the pic or it didn't happen.

Yes indeedy! Plenty of laughs to go around, and the company was of the highest order!
Thanks much, folks.
And Turp- Please do post a picture soon, so the folks around here don't accuse us of making this all up.

OK, better late than never. Proof positive htat after a long hiatus there was S.E.K.S in the Southland.
From left to right: Turpin, Dixiecat, Ryan Ross, Lamar Britt, and Atlanta (Kiltless) Kiltie. I can't but agree with Ryan as to the caliber of the company and look forward to seeing most of you at the Burns Dinner, where we will take The Scot to task for teasing us with the offer of his presence, then witdrawing it unexcused. Rumore is that DC might return from the Great White North for that event if the faeries break another wand.

Ye of little faith... you remember what they say about those who have not seen, and yet believe, surely?
