Hamish, NOW I have something to aspire to...I hope my wife doesn't find out that this is a goal or I'll have to come up with a new house with a larger closet to house the collection in.

I've got 3
1 6yd black barathea TFCK 2003
1 6yd charcoal pinstripe TFCK 2004
3 6yd marine cammo TFCK 2004
And much the same as everyone here, have a list in my head of the next few kilts I'd like.
Hamish did I not read somewhere that the cord kilt is off the menu. Shame if it is, I liked the look of those myself. I quite fancy a dark blue or dark green cord kilt mmmm? now what else....
Cheers Rhino

Hi Rhino!
I did not realise that it was ever ON Howie's menu (officially, that is)! The one I saw was one that Howie was wearing himself - dark tan corduroy with a lighter random marking all over it That's a poor description, but there's a good photo of Alastair MacKenzie (from "Monarch of the Glen") wearing Howie's kilt on the catwalk at last week's "Dressed to Kilt" fashion show in New York. Howie tells me that he had only sufficient of this unusual fabric to make up two kilts - his and mine!
Here's the photo - on the New York Social Diary website:

I am not having the detachable pockets on my kilt however - I think they make the whole thing too bulky-looking.

Hi Hamish,
well if there was only enough for 2 kilts I can think of no better home for the last one to be made to go to. Enjoy it, I'm only a little bit green.
