Looking very sharp there McClef, will you be wearing your new kilt when you visit Edinburgh later in the month?

I have always understood that traditionally an Argyll jacket is a tweed day-wear jacket - the same style in black barathea for more formal wear being a fairly recent innovation........... but, I could be wrong, of course!

Of course Alex, I will be taking a couple but will certainly wear the St David's at a ceilidh I am attending and probably at Stirling Castle too!
No matter what happens this coming Saturday at Murrayfield!

Well that's why I thought too Hamish, Moira thinks differently bless her but I will see her when I pop into Hector Russell and show her the label.

Well you also have the option of both Morgan and Edwards tartans which you can see at http://welshtartans.bpweb.net/page.h...aab78bd7fc5f46
Disclaimer: But remember they are designed tartans so you are not bound to choose them - go for what you like
The St David's is certainly the most popular to date.

Wonderful, I've never actually seen a welsh tartan before, at least to my knowledge. Maybe I did and mistook it for scottish. Anyway, great pictures. I hope to see more of them.
