Hello londonpiper - Thanks for extending the virtual hand of friendship. Would be very happy to meet for a drink early one evening in Oxford if you felt like it. We both have an involvement in the weddings sector too I believe.
Best wishes
Graham.

Sounds good to me, perhaps Gilvray, Bob MacMillan and Andrewson might want to join us?
Should we start a thread in the Kilt nights forum do you reckon?

A warm welcome to you Graham, from a another Gunn in a rather wild and windy West Sussex - not too far from Oxfordshire.
Take care,
Ham.

Hi Graham
Well - Oxford seems to be the destination of choice for Expats and descendants of the Clans!
Welcome to the forum - I'm about 1 week older than you on X-Marks-The-Scot lol.... maybe there is a resurgence in Kilts in the Dreaming Spires?
The suggestion of a pint with LondonPiper, Andrewson and Bob MacMillan - could be good fun.... depends how many whisky's we get through and if we're wearing kilts! Had a 'interesting' evening in Newport in my BlakWatch last Friday night.. some handshakes from admirers and some 'I like your skirt' from the less culturally aware! Still - turns heads either way - and hey - we wear our Kilts cause we're proud of who we are, where we come from and what we stand for!
I'll always remeber that feeling of going out in the kilt the first time and thinking the world was looking at me - then I started to enjoy it - then I was hooked!
