Excellent pictures. They did an outstanding job at prserving history.
The residents won't like me saying so but from where I live, I see Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Toronto as one big city. There is no real gap between them.
Depends on the traffic, it's a chaos and thrill filled 45 minute on the QEW, Queen Elizabeth Way, the main highway. Or, it's a less chaotic thrill filled scenic hour and a quarter along the Lakeshore.
Your times may vary depending on personal habits, social traffic angst, construction and planetary alignments.

Great pictures, McMurdo. You're really delivering some top quality product these days. These pictures are better than a guided tour! Nice to see you in the old maple leafer, too!
Best,

Burlington seceded, didn't you get the memo? Oldsoldier as Archangel said it's only 45 white knuckle minutes. Thanks for the tour Glen. And you were saying that the 48th battled in kilts well into WWII?

Turpin it is indeed a Davidson Kilt. and the museum is located at King and Simcoe in Downtown Toronto, There is a difference between Hamilton, Burlington and Toronto, just like there is a difference between Kitchener Waterloo, Woodstock and London.
