Mr. Black and Mr. Brown arrived at my house safe and sound today. I'm sure they will both prove to be capable companoins on my kilted journeys.

Mine came with a strip of webbing with nylon "D" rings on each end. I'm guessing this is for a sporran belt with hooks. The webbing is about the length of the leather belt loop and just slides thought that.

That is correct. If you're wearing it with a belt that goes all the way around, you can remove the D-ring piece, & just slide your strap through the belt loop. Or indeed, you can wear it on a waist belt up to 1.75 inches wide.

If yours is like my old one, the D-rings are quite hefty. Many of the dinky little snap hooks (on chains that came with other sporrans) will not get around them.

Mine just came without anything attached, just the space at the back for whatever, chain, belt, string, duct tape,,,,, I can take a strap of another sporran.

After waiting long hours at the mailbox, I was greeted by the sight of a familiar white truck with red and blue trim. The poor bastage didn't even touch his foot to the ground when I tackled him. We landed in a pile of grocery store flyers and Victoria's Secret catalogs (Hmmmm...scantily clad babes...Uuhh..wait..what?) But I digress... After extricating myself from the pile (How'd that catalog get in my pocket?), I rifled through his Santa's bag and emerged victorious (Victoria's?), A BOX FROM JERRY!!!!!! Wielding my prize triumphantly aloft, I did a little victory dance, a little trash talk (BOO-YAAAHH!!), and struck a pose of "Muppet Rampant, clutching Parcel in Paw Sinister"

And that's when he pepper-sprayed me...

The nice postman left a package with a brown one and a black one.....decisions, decisions...which one to use first...maybe my son won't get his choice for Christmas. Jerry, very nice units!

Aw the wonders of office life. I show up this morning to work to find Christmas has exploded on my desk.

A box from Rockler with some wood working tools, my circuit city order, and low and behold the familiar white box. Which one do you think I opened first? The white box of course.
Wonderful present for myself. Now trying to figure out my own d rings as mine didn't come with any. *sigh*

This thing will most definitely come in handy for Disney World in 15 days.

Darn Jerry; Advertise and sell a beautiful leather sporran, just before Christmas! I ordered two, and they arrived a couple of days later, although, they're still at my American address. I'll have to go grocery shopping this week and pick them up. lol

Darn Jerry; I ordered two black ones, one for ME and one for me Bro (Christmas), and at the same time, ordered three deluxe hangers and a Standard Nightstalker kilt.

Sheesh... It's only $$$ Ya can't take it with you!
