No, you shouldn't because then you'd be like my retired-and-living-in-Florida sister in law who always announces the temperature as part of her greeting when she phones.

My brother is working on the Slope this month; he just wrote and said the temperature is 40 below and the forecast for tomorrow is simply "Colder."
Anything below -40 and I move pretty fast outdoors.
